The Impacts of Spleen-clearing Heat-purging Decoction Joined with Short-wave Ultraviolet C on the Clinical Efficacy of Pediatric Ulcerative Stomatitis
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of spleen-clearing and heat-purging decoction combined with short-wave ultraviolet C(UVC)on the treatment of pediatric ulcerative stomatitis.Methods:Eighty-four cases of pediatric ulcerative stomatitis patients were selected as research subjects and divided into control group(42 cases,treated with UVC combined with Kangfu Xinye)and observation group(42 cases,treated with the combined application of spleen clearing and heat-purging decoction on the basis of the control group)by lottery method,and to compare the treatment effects of the two groups after 14 days of treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms and secondary symptom,and the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin 6,interleukin 10 and tumor necrosis factor α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);antipyretic time,the ulcer healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than these of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in T lymphocytes were higher than these of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD8+were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning in the incidences of adverse reaction(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treating children with ulcerative stomatitis with spleen-clearing and heat-purging decoction combined with UVC and Kangfu Xinye has positive significance in improving the clinical efficacy,reducing the oral inflammatory reaction,and enhancing the immune function of the body.
