摘要
基于"玄府-络脉"理论,阐述玄府-络脉的生理功能及病理表现,提出玄府闭塞,络脉瘀血为糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的核心病机.玄府闭塞,脏腑功能失调,精微失布,发为消渴,病程日久,内生糖毒,损伤络脉,衍生阳痿.因此,治疗时引入风类药辛散开玄以治其本,虫类药活血通络以治其标,标本兼治,则诸症皆除,为中医从微观结构层次治疗该病提供新思路.
Abstract
Based on"sweat pores-collaterals"theory,and the elaboration on the physiological functions and pathological manifestations of sweat pores-collaterals,the blockage of sweat pores and blood stasis in the collaterals are the core pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus erectile dysfunction(DMED).The blockage of sweat pores could lead to visceral dysfunction,the transportation disorder of the refined nutritious substances,inducing Xiaoke(diabetes mellitus),glucose toxin is produced internally after a long course of the disease,which damaged the collateral,resulting in sexual impotence.Hence,the drugs of dispelling wind,which belong to pungent and dispersing category,are introduced into the treatment to open the sweat pores and to treat the root cause,the drugs of insects which could promote blood circulation and dredge the collaterals are used to treat the superficial cause,to eliminate all the symptoms,which could provide new ideas for TCM to treat the disease from the microstru-ctural level.
