By taking the medical staff of a tertiary A-level public hospital in Gansu province as the research subjects,the paper attempts to find out the conditions of medical staffs'job satisfaction,explores the factors influencing medical staffs'job satisfaction,and establishes strategies to improve their job satisfaction based on the survey,which could lay the foundation for improving human resource management in the tertiary A-level public hospital and motivating medical staff to devote themselves to health care.
