Objective:To survey the influence of new diagnostic and treatment model on children's health care needs based on the internet.Methods:A cross-sectional observational study was adopted to investigate 484 research objects who consulted about health care questions via expert helpline of TV show Children's Health care,their general information was gathered via telephone consultation,and their guardians were followed up in one week,Logistic regression analysis of the variables with statistically significant differences in univariate analysis was performed to discuss the independent factors influencing children seeking medical care.Results:All 484 research objects were included,and the solution to children's health care reached 80.58%(390/484),the results of univariate analysis showed that the access to information and consultations were the influencing factors(P<0.05),Logistic regression analysis displayed that access to information was the independent influencing factors for the solution to children's health care(P<0.05).Conclusion:Expert helpline is an important measure to solve the problems in children's health care(80.58%);access to information could be taken as a special measure of solving the problems in children's health care,which could effectively solve the problems in children's health care.
