中医护理质量敏感指标在快速康复外科持续改进中的应用价值

摘要
目的:观察中医护理质量敏感指标在快速康复外科持续改进中的应用价值.方法:选择在快速康复外科治疗的614例患者为对照组,给予该组患者传统中医护理质量控制管理;另选择在快速康复外科治疗的621例患者为观察组,给予该组患者中医护理质量敏感指标进行管理.对比两组患者中医治疗依从性、护理操作不良反应发生率、护理文书书写合格率、中医健康知识知晓率及患者满意度.结果:两组患者通过中医不同护理质量管理后,观察组患者中医治疗依从性率、护理文书书写合格率、中医健康知识知晓率、满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组护理操作不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:快速康复外科持续改进中的中医护理质量敏感指标可有效提高患者治疗依从性,提高中医健康知识知晓率和护理文书书写合格率,降低护理操作不良反应发生率,有较好的临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the application value of TCM nursing quality sensitive indicators in the continuous improvement of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS).Methods:A total of 614 patients treated in fast track sugery(FTS)were chosen as the control group,and they were given traditional TCM nursing quality control management;in addition,another 621 patients treated in FTS were selected as the observation group,and they accepted the management of TCM nursing quality sensitive indicators.To compare therapeutic compliance,the incidence of nursing operation adverse reaction,qualification rate of nursing document writing,awareness rate of TCM health knowledge and patients'satisfaction between both groups.Results:After the management of different nursing quality in both groups,TCM therapeutic compliance,qualification rate of nursing document writing,awareness rate of TCM health knowledge and patients'satisfaction of the observation group were higher than these of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing operation adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing quality sensitive indicators in the continuous improvement of FTS could effectively improve therapeutic compliance,raise awareness rate of TCM health knowledge and qualification rate of nursing document writing,decrease the incidence of nursing operation adverse reaction,and it has better clinical application value.
