摘要
目的:通过文献计量学方法分析浮针领域的热点前沿,明确该领域发展趋势.方法:采用共现分析、聚类分析、突发检测等文献计量学分析方法,以及信息可视化软件CiteSpace分析1996-2021年浮针论文的发文趋势、作者、机构和关键词.结果:通过作者合作网络得到以符仲华为核心的合作团队图谱;按发文量排序第一的机构是广东省第二中医院,发文量为17篇;从发文趋势看出自2002年起浮针研究发展较快,发文量已基本符合y=3E-120e0.1385x,R2=0.9243的指数模型快速增长;关键词主要聚类包括:浮针、患肌、腰椎间盘突出症、膝骨性关节炎、颈型颈椎病,共现分析得到频次排名前10的关键词为浮针、浮针疗法、腰椎间盘突出症、针刺、肩周炎、针刺疗法、再灌注活动、临床疗效、临床观察、疼痛;突现分析得出近4年浮针领域的热词为再灌注活动、临床疗效、患肌、Meta分析.结论:浮针的临床疗效及再灌注活动是目前研究热点,需要高质量的临床研究加以阐述和验证.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the hotspots and frontiers of floating needles using bibliometric study and clarify the developmental trends of the field.Methods:The trends,authors,institutions and keywords of the papers on floating needles were analyzed between 1996 and 2021 using bibliometric methods such as co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis and burst detection,and information visualization software CiteSpace analysis.Results:The cooperative team map with the core of Fu Zhonghua was obtained by the author collaboration network;the first institution in terms of number of documents issued was the Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which issued 17 documents;the trend of publications showed that the studies on floating needles have developed faster since 2002,and the publications increased rapidly,basically conforming to the exponential model of y=3E-120e0.1385x,R2=0.9243,all 135 documents are expected to be issued in 2021,and total literature would exceed 900 documents;the main cluster of the keywords contain floating needles,the affected muscles,lumbar disc herniation,knee osteoarthritis and cervical spondylosis,the top ten keywords in terms of frequency,obtained by co-occurrence analysis,cover floating needles,floating needles therapy,lumbar disc herniation,acupuncture,frozen shoulder,acupuncture therapy,reperfusion activity,clinical effects,clinical observation and pain;the buzzwords in the field of floating needles in the recent four years obtained by emergent analysis are reperfusion activity,clinical effects,the affected muscles and Meta analysis.Conclusion:Clinical efficacy of floating needles and reperfusion activity are the research hotspots at present,high-quality clinical studies are needed for elaboration and validation.
