摘要
对近十年来大黄黄连泻心汤的现代药理作用和临床应用情况进行梳理,认为大黄黄连泻心汤具有泻热消痞和胃的功效,在治疗功能性消化不良、慢性胃炎、胃癌前病变、消化性溃疡、消化道出血等消化系统疾病方面疗效显著,以期为后续研究提供新的思路和方法.
Abstract
By sorting up modern pharmacological effects and clinical application of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Tang in the recent ten years,the decoction could eliminate heat,relieve distention and fullness,and harmonize the stomach,it is effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,chronic gastritis,precancerous gastric lesions,peptic ulcer,gastrointestinal hemorrhage and other disease of digestive system,which could produce new thinking and methods for the subsequent researches.
