中医药逆转支气管哮喘上皮间质转化相关信号通路研究概述

摘要
从上皮间质转化相关信号通路入手,介绍中医药通过上皮间质转化途径调控哮喘气道重塑的研究概况,认为多条信号通路的介导都会诱发上皮间质转化的进行性加重.实验研究证实,中医药通过多通路、多靶点的介导在治疗哮喘中发挥重要作用,且单味药及单剂方都会对疾病产生多靶点干预能力,为研究中医药防治哮喘的作用机制提供参考和思路.
Abstract
Starting from the signaling pathway related to epithelial mesenchymal transformation,we introduce the overview of the study on TCM therapy for the regulation of asthma airway remodelling via epithelial mesenchymal transformation,it is believed that the mediation of many signaling pathways could induce progres-sive aggravation of epithelial mesenchymal transformation,many experimental researches have confirmed the therapeutic effects of TCM,it plays the decisive role in the treatment of asthma via the mediation of many pathways and targets.Single herb and single prescription will have multi-target intervention ability for diseases,which could provide the reference and thinking for the mechanism of TCM therapy for asthma.
