中药防治痛风和高尿酸血症的研究进展

摘要
从不同医学视角入手,探讨痛风的中西医病因病机,认为中医药在治疗高尿酸血症和痛风方面取得了良好疗效,并能预防尿酸升高,防止发生并发症.其调控机制可能与抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性和减轻炎症有关.
Abstract
The paper explores the cause and pathogenesis of gout in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,TCM has good clinical effects in the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout,it could prevent the rise of uric acid and the incidence of the complications,and its regulatory mechanism might be related to inhibiting the activity of xanthine oxidase and relieving the inflammation.
