摘要
对近十年针药结合治疗糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的临床试验文献进行梳理,根据选取的不同外治法(针刺、灸法、穴位敷贴等)及联用药物类型(中药汤药、中成药等)进行总结,认为针药结合可有效控制DN患者血脂、血糖水平,同时降低蛋白尿,改善肾功能.早期介入能逆转患者进入终末期肾病的趋势,晚期介入则可延缓肾衰竭的进程.针药结合治疗DN安全有效,可弥补单纯药物治疗的不足,协同增效.
Abstract
Through sorting out the literature on clinical trials of the combination of needle and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)in the recent ten years,the paper summarizes different methods for external application such as acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint application,combined with different traditional Chinese medicine including the herbal decoction,Chinese patent medicine.The combination of acupuncture and TCM could effectively control the levels of blood lipid and blood glucose in DN patients,meanwhile,reduce albuminuria,improve renal function,early intervention could reverse end-stage renal disease,and slow the progression of renal failure at the late stage.The combination of needle and traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of the disease,it could make up the shortcomings of single herbs,realizing therapeutic gains.
