摘要
通过对核因子kappa B信号通路进行阐述,分析其与多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)发病机制的关系,及对其靶向治疗的相关研究进行综述,分析其现存的问题和未来发展的方向,以期为MM的靶向治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
By illustrating the NF-κB signalling pathway,we analysed its correlation with the pathogenesis of multiple myeloma(MM),summarized the studies related to its targeted therapy,and explored the existing problems and the future development direction,so as to provide new thinking for the targeted therapy of MM.
