Objective:To explore the application effects of acupoint application and childlike health educa-tion in clinical nursing of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:A total of 88 cases were chosen and allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group,the observation group accepted acupoint application and childlike health education,and the control group was given conventional intervention,to observe the compliance,symptom scores,the time of body temperature return to normal,cough disappearance time,the disappearance time of pulmonary rales and quality of life between both groups,to compare nursing satisfaction between both groups.Results:After the intervention,the compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the time of body temperature return to normal,cough disappearance time and the disappearance time of pulmonary rales were earlier than these of the control group,symptom scores,the scores of quality of life lower than these of the control gorup,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with childlike health education could effectively improve the children's comp-liance,relieve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
