多功能套针浮刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者临床观察

摘要
目的:评价多功能套针浮刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者的临床疗效.方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例.观察组采用多功能套针浮刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺疗法治疗,均治疗7天.分别于治疗前后评价两组患者腰椎功能活动(Japanese orthopedics asso-ciation,JOA)评分、疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue score,VAS)评分及生存质量量表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)评分,于治疗后评价两组临床疗效.结果:观察组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30)(P＜0.05).JOA评分、VAS评分、SF-36评分治疗后两组均较治疗前有变化(P＜0.05),且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:多功能套针浮刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者,可提高临床疗效,减轻临床症状,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To assess curative effects of floating needling with multifunctional trocar-acupuncture in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:Sixty LDH patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Floating needling with multifunctional trocar-acupuncture was performed in the observation group,and the control group was treated by conventional acupuncture therapy,both groups were treated for seven days.To evaluate the scores of JOA,VAS and SF-36 between both groups before and after the treatment respectively.To assess clinical efficacy of the two groups after the treatment.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),higher than 76.67%(23/30)of the control group(P<0.05).There are significant changes in JOA scores,VAS scores and SF-36 scores when comparing the two groups after the treatment with before treatment(P<0.05),and the changes of the observa-tion group were larger than these of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multifunctional trocar-acupuncture floating needling in treating acute cases of LDH could enhance therapeutic effects,alleviate clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.
