摘要
基于《辨证录·呆病门》中的相关论述,从中医的角度辨析肠道微生物、"肝郁胃衰"之变与认知功能之间的相关性,从中医"肝郁胃衰"的理论阐述认知功能障碍的发病机制、病理变化及临床论治.
Abstract
Based on the relevant statement in Bianzhenglu·Daibingmen,the paper expounds gut microbiology from the angle of TCM,the correlations between the changes of"liver depression and gastric failure"and cognitive function,the pathogenesis,pathological changes and clinical treatment of cognitive impairment from the theory of"liver depression and gastric failure"in TCM.
