摘要
相火作为人体内周流循行的阳性能量物质,其致病原因不外乎相火不及、太过或其循行道路不通三大类.从相火的生理机制对人体生理活动影响的重要性出发,从临床的角度证实了相火妄动对人体脏腑组织活动的病理性影响,在临床治疗时当以温运为要,即温阳而健运中焦,再佐以清热、化瘀、利水、化湿等法畅通道路以治之.
Abstract
Ministerial fire is the positive energy substance that flows and circulates in the human body,and its pathogenesis could be divided into insufficient ministerial fire,excessive ministerial fire or obstructed circulating path.Based on the importance of the physiological mechanism of ministerial fire in influencing the physiological activities of the body,the pathological effect of ministerial fire delusion on the activity of the viscera and tissues of the human body has been confirmed from a clinical point of view,warming and transporting is the most important thing in clinical treatment,that is,warming Yang to invigorate middle energizer,the methods such as clearing heat,removing stasis,promoting diuresis and resolving dampness are applied to clear the circulatory path for treatment.
