相火作为人体内周流循行的阳性能量物质,其致病原因不外乎相火不及、太过或其循行道路不通三大类.从相火的生理机制对人体生理活动影响的重要性出发,从临床的角度证实了相火妄动对人体脏腑组织活动的病理性影响,在临床治疗时当以温运为要,即温阳而健运中焦,再佐以清热、化瘀、利水、化湿等法畅通道路以治之.
