摘要
通过验案1则探讨王振涛教授治疗扩张型心肌病的经验.王振涛教授认为其基本病机由气陷、血瘀、水湿三者夹杂所致,升心阳、逐血瘀、化水湿是其主要治法,从而拟定出抗纤益心方治之,该方具有益气升陷、活血祛瘀、化湿利水的功效,临床随证加减运用,可取得如期疗效.
Abstract
This article discusses professor Wang Zhentao's experience in treating dilated cardiomyopathy via one proven case.Professor Wang Zhentao holds that the basic pathogenesis is induced by the intermingling of sunken Qi,blood stasis and water-dampness,invigorating heart Yang,dispelling blood stasis and resolving water-dampness is his main therapeutic methods,thus treating the disease with the prescription,which could benefit Qi and hoist the sunken Qi,activate blood to dispel the stasis,resolve the dampness to promote the diuresis,the prescription is modified and applied according to the symptoms in clinic,and he has obtained satisfactory clinical effects.
