摘要
魏华教授提出情志内伤、饮食失宜是桥本甲状腺炎的主要病因,在临床治疗中分早、中、晚三期辨治该病,早期强调疏肝健脾有主次,中期重在化痰祛瘀有偏重,后期重在温阳补虚抓重点,形成了慢病缓治、情志饮食双调节,分期论治抓重点,抓独脉、辨肿块等治疗经验.
Abstract
Professor Wei Hua proposes that the main causes of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)are emotional internal injury and improper diet,and the disease is differentiated and treated in three stages:early,moderate and late,with emphasis on soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen in the early stage,on resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis in the moderate stage and on warming Yang and tonifying deficiency in the late stage,which has shaped his therapeutic experience:chronic treatment for chronic disease,dual regulation of emotion and diet,grasping the key points and the single pulse,differentiating the masses in the phased treatment.
