Clinical Effects of Modified Shenling Baizhu Powder in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia:A Meta-analysis

目的:评价参苓白术散加减治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的临床疗效.方法:通过知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science进行文献检索.检索近10年的文献,检索日期为2011年1月1日至2021年4月8日,纳入参苓白术散加减治疗FD的随机对照试验.对纳入的文献进行偏倚风险评估,总有效率和症状总积分使用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析.结果:共纳入9篇随机对照试验,1005例患者.Meta分析结果:参苓白术散加减治疗FD的总有效率优于对照组(OR=3.78,95%CI:2.53～5.65,Z=6.48,P＜0.01);症状总积分也优于对照组(MD=-4.57,95%CI:-5.19～-3.95,Z=14.49,P＜0.01).结论:参苓白术散加减能够改善患者FD的临床症状,具有更好的临床疗效,但纳入的文献数量有限,仍需大样本、高质量、更严格的随机对照试验进一步验证.
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:The literature on randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of treating FD with modified Shenling Baizhu powder was included and searched from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and Web of Science from January 1st,2011 to April 8,2021.The risk of bias in the included literature was assessed,Meta analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3 software for total effective rate and total symptoms scores.Results:The study has included nine RCTs and 1005 patients.Meta analysis results showed that total effec-tive rate of modified Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of FD was better than that of the control group(OR=3.78,95% CI:2.53～5.65,Z=6.48,P<0.01);total symptoms scores were higher than these of the control group(MD=-4.57,95% CI:-5.19～-3.95,Z=14.49,P<0.01).Conclusion:Modified Shenling Baizhu powder could improve clinical symptoms in FD patients with better clinical effects,but,large-sample,high-quality,more rigorous randomized controlled trials are still needed for further validation as the number of included literature is limited.
