Objective:To provide the evidence-based medicine reference for the treatment of migraine by needling and blood-letting therapy by performing Meta analysis of the literature on the study and systematically assessing the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.Methods:Randomized controlled trial(RCT)literature on the treatment of migraine by needling and blood-letting therapy were searched from CNKI,VIP,China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database(CAJD),SinoMed,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library by combining key word and free word,the retrieval time was between the time of data establishment and May,2021.The quality of the included literature was assessed according to the modified Jadad scale,and RevMan 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis of the indicators in the included literature.Results:Total effective rate(OR=3.18,95% CI:1.98~5.10,P<0.000 01),VAS scores(MD=-0.36,95% CI:-0.64~-0.07,P=0.01),Nimodipine scores(MD=-0.97,95% CI:-1.23~-0.71,P<0.000 01)and adverse reactions of the treatment were better than these of the control group.Conclusion:Needling and blood-letting therapy could obtain noticeable effective rate in the treatment of migraine with higher safety.
