慢性肾病与认知功能障碍相关性研究进展

摘要
回顾近年来国内外有关慢性肾病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)与认知功能障碍(cogni-tive impairment,CI)的相关研究,阐述CKD并发认知障碍的西医潜在机制及中医病因病机.中医认为CKD并发CI与"肾脑"联系密切,基于"肾脑相关"理论的中药复方治疗及针药并举治疗能明显改善CKD患者的认知功能,为寻找针对CKD相关CI的中西医结合治疗策略提供理论支持.
Abstract
By reviewing the relevant research on chronic kidney disease and cognitive dysfunction at home and abroad in the recent years,the paper illustrates the possible mechanism of chronic kidney disease and cognitive dysfunction in Western medicine and the cause and pathogenesis in TCM.TCM believes that chronic kidney disease with cognitive dysfunction is closely related to kidney and brain,herbal compounds based on the theory of"kidney and brain related",and the combination of needles and herbs could obviously improve cognitive function in patients with chronic kidney disease,which could provide theoretical support for therapeutic strategies for integrative medicine therapy of cognitive dysfunction related to chronic kidney disease.
