中医药治疗腰椎管狭窄症的研究进展

摘要
总结目前治疗腰椎管狭窄症(lumbar spinal stenosis,LSS)的中医治疗方法,主要包括中药辨证论治为主的中医内治法,中药外敷、针灸、针刀、推拿等为主的中医外治法,中药加外治、手术等中医综合疗法及腰椎功能锻炼等,认为中医综合治疗LSS可以有效减轻患者腰椎疼痛、肢体麻木等症状,改善腰椎功能,同时又可抑制血清中炎症因子的表达,减少术后血栓形成,加速患者康复.
Abstract
Currently,TCM therapies of lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)are summarized,mainly covering TCM internal therapy based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,TCM external therapy such as herbal external application,acupuncture,needle-knife and massage,as well as TCM comprehensive therapy including herbs plus external treatment,surgery,lumbar functional exercise,TCM comprehensive therapy could effectively relieve lumbar pain and limb numbness,improve lumbar function,meanwhile inhibit the expressions of inflammatory factors in the serum,reduce the thrombosis and speed up the patients'rehabilitation.
