Impacts of Pathway TCM Nursing Combined with Healthcare Model on Clinical Effects of Elderly Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的:观察路径化中医护理联合保健模式用于老年原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EHT)患者的临床效果.方法:将352例老年EHT患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各176例.对照组予保健模式护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上予以路径化中医护理干预,两组均持续干预4周.比较两组干预前后血压[收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)]水平、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)和焦虑自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SAS)评分情况、自我管理活动问卷评分(饮食、锻炼、用药、血压监测)、健康状况调查简表(short form 36-item health survey,SF-36)评分及干预后护理满意度.结果:干预后试验组DBP、SBP水平及SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);自我管理评分、生活质量SF-36各项指标评分及护理满意度试验组均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:路径化中医护理方案联合保健模式用于老年EHT患者能调整患者心理状态,有效控制血压,提高患者自我管理能力及生活质量,且能提升护理满意度.
Objective:To observe clinical effects of pathway TCM nursing and healthcare model in elderly patients with essential hypertension(EHT).Methods:All 352 elderly patients suffering EHT were allocated to the control group and the experiment group according to random number table method.The control group accepted nursing intervention of healthcare model,and the experiment group pathway TCM nursing based on the control group the two groups were intervened for four weeks continuously.To compare the levels of blood pressure(SBP and DBP),SDS scores,SAS scores,self-management activity questionnaire(diet,exercise,medication and blood pressure monitoring),SF-36 scores before and after the intervention,and nursing satisfaction after the intervention in the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the levels of DBP and SBP,SDS and SAS scores of the experiment group were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05);self-management scores,the scores of the indexes of SF-36 and nursing satisfaction of the experiment group were higher than these of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pathway TCM nursing and healthcare model applied to elderly patients could adjust psychological state,effectively control blood pressure,improve the patients'self-management ability and quality of life,and raise nursing satisfaction.
