中药复方液外洗联合硫磺软膏外涂治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎临床观察
Clinical Observation on Treating Malassezia Folliculitis by Herbal Compound Liquid for External Cleaning and Sulphur Ointment for External Application

摘要
目的:观察中药复方液外洗联合10%硫磺软膏外涂治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床疗效.方法:将60例马拉色菌毛囊炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例.观察组采用中药复方液外洗联合10%硫磺软膏外涂,对照组使用10%硫磺软膏外涂,连续治疗4周.观察两组临床疗效,于治疗前后采用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组患者血清白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素10(interleukin-6,IL-10)、白细胞介素18(interleukin-18,IL-18)水平,采用双抗体夹心法测定IgE抗体水平.结果:治疗后两组血清炎症因子IL-6、IL-10、IL-18水平均下降(P＜0.05),且观察组降低较对照组明显(P＜0.05).治疗后两组血清IgE抗体水平较治疗前下降,观察组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);对照组治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.06);治疗后观察组较对照组下降明显(P＜0.05).结论:中药复方液外洗联合10%硫磺软膏外涂,可有效治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎,可消除红肿痒痛等症状,同时可降低炎症效应及抑制过激的免疫反应.
Abstract
Objective:To observe therapeutic effects of external herbal compound liquid and 10% sulphur ointment for external application in the treatment of malassezia folliculitis.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly separated into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.Herbal compound liquid for external cleaning and 10% sulphur ointment for external application were administered to the observation group,and 10% sulphur ointment for external application to the control group,they were treated for four weeks consecutively.To observe clinical effects between both groups,ELISA method was adopted to detect the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and IL-18 in the two groups before and after the treatment,double-antibody sandwich ELISA was adopted to measure the levels of IgE antibody.Results:After the treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and IL-18 lowered in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decrease of the observation group was more evident than the control group(P<0.05).After treating,the levels of IgE antibodies reduced than before treating in the two groups,the difference showed statistical meaning before and after the treatment(P<0.05);the difference has no statistical meaning in the control group before and after the treatment(P<0.05);after the treatment,the observation group lowered more obviously than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal compound liquid for external cleaning and 10% sulphur ointment for external application could effectively treat malassezia folliculitis,relieve the symptoms including redness,swelling,itching and pain,meanwhile,reduce inflammatory effects and inhibit excessive immune response.
