敦煌莫高窟第61窟佛传故事《牧女献糜》的医学内容探究

摘要
对敦煌莫高窟第61窟佛传故事《牧女献糜》的壁画内容进行释读,从传统中药学、公共营养学、食品卫生学三方面对其壁画蕴含的医学内容进行解读,探究《牧女献糜》所描绘的医学内容和场景,探寻当时社会各阶层人物的生命运动现象,指出其所蕴含的医学内容研究的重点主要在于乳(酥),对弥补医学理论,丰富医学史料,以及临床的实际应用提供了参考.
Abstract
Through deciphering the contents of the buddhist story"a shepherd woman consecrates milk porridge"painted in cave 61 of Mogao grottoes in Dunhuang,the article explained the medical contents contained in the fresco from traditional Chinese medicine,public nutrition and food hygiene,discussed the medical contents and scenes described in the fresco,surveyed the movement of life of people from all walks of life at that time,and pointed out that the study on the medical contents contained in the fresco focused on milk(butter),which could provide the reference for supplementing medical theory,enriching medical history and clinical practical application.
