摘要
裴正学认为肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调,复受外邪侵袭,以致湿热交阻,气血凝滞而生白塞病;裴正学提出"祛邪扶正"为治疗总纲,先祛邪,后扶正,并将其辨证分型为肝经积热证、脾胃湿热证、肝肾阴虚证三种证型,实证以清热解毒燥湿为法,虚证以益气养阴扶正为要,疗效颇显.
Abstract
Professor Pei Zhengxue considers that Behcet's disease(BD)is induced by dysfunction of liver,spleen and kidney,and the invasion of external pathogenic factors again,resulting in intermingled dampness and heat,Qi and blood stagnation,he adopts"eliminating pathogenic factors and enhancing healthy Qi"as treatment outline,first eliminating pathogenic factors,and then enhancing healthy Qi,and it could be differentiated into the patterns:heat accumulation in liver meridian,dampness heat in spleen and stomach,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,the excessive syndromes should be treated by clearing away heat,detoxifying and drying the dampness,the deficiency syndrome should be treated by benefiting Qi,nourishing yin and enhancing healthy Qi,and these methods could gain noticeable effects in clinic.
