摘要
基于阳虚阴结理论从温阳散寒化痰、温阳益气散结、温阳解郁消积、温阳扶正祛瘀等方面探析恶性肿瘤发生发展的病机,指出恶性肿瘤乃邪盛正虚,阳虚化气不足,阴邪凝积于内,并与痰凝、瘀血、气郁等结合后形成本虚标实之证,故温阳化气,扶正消积为恶性肿瘤的基本治则,临证辨治恶性肿瘤应始终贯彻温阳益气以化阴,促阳化气以抑阴的温阳思想.
Abstract
The pathogenesis of malignant tumor is discussed from warming Yang,dispersing cold and reducing phlegm,warming Yang,benefiting Qi and dispersing nodes,warming Yang,relieving depression and promoting the indigestion,warming Yang,enhancing healthy Qi and eliminating stagnation on the foundation of the theory of Yang deficiency and Yin binding,malignant tumors are caused by excessive pathogenic factors and deficiency of healthy Qi,Yang deficiency failing to transform Qi,Yin evils accumulated in the interior,combined with phlegm coagulation,blood stasis and Qi stagnation,forming the pattern of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,therefore,Warming Yang to transform Qi,enhancing healthy Qi and promoting the indigestion could be adopted as the basic therapeutic rules for malignant tumor,the thinking of warming Yang and benefiting Qi to transform Yin,promoting Yang and transforming Qi to inhibit Yin should be implemented throughout the whole process of clinical differentiation and treatment of malignant tumor.
