通补开泄、润燥养阴法防治新疆地区冠心病

中文摘要：新疆气候殊异,该地区燥邪有温凉之异,且内外均见,而外燥多;内燥少,外燥普遍以寒为常见,内燥普遍以热为主.燥邪引起的冠心病有其地域特点,以心肾阴虚、津亏内燥证多见.临床治疗以通补开泄、润燥养阴为总法,具体以通络活血、润燥滋水、补肾养心、益元填精、开痹清泄之方药为主,同时还需采用未病先防,配合药食同用等进行预防.

外文摘要：Since the climate of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is special and different,the dryness in the region could be divded into warm and cool,and it could be seen both inside and outside,there are more external dryness and less internal dryness,however,external dryness is generally caused by cold,while internal dryness is commonly induced by heat.Coronary heat disease(CHD)induced by dryness has its territorial characteristics,mostly of heart-kidney Yin deficiency pattern,and of body fluid depletion and internal dryness pattern.Clinical therapy adopts the general methods of dredging,tonifying and discharging,moistening the dryness and nourishing Yin,mainly applying the prescriptions and the medicines of dredging the collateralls and activating the blood,moistening the dryness and nourishing the water,tonifying the kidney and recuperating the heart,benefiting the vital energy and filling in the essence,removing arthralgia and purging meanwhile prevention before the disease attack,and the administration of medicine and food should be utilized for the prevention of the disease.
