Objective:To perform bibliometric and visualized analysis of TCM relevant literature of COPD,and to summarize the current situation,hotspots and trend of development of COPD.Methods:The related literature on TCM studies of COPD were searched from CNKI between 2010 and 2021,and the journals belonged to the core ones.CiteSpace software was used to conduct cluster visualization analysis of the included literature.Results:All 259 papers were included.In the recent two years,TCM-related studies on COPD were on a downward trend,the authors of the relevant studies worked closely together,but lacked the inter-institution links,and the research potential of medical colleges is high.At present,the keywords of the relevant researches focus on COPD,stable stage,Meta-analysis,acute exacerbation,inflammatory factors,efficacy,lung function,TCM and others.Conclusion:Clinical study on COPD should strengthen the cooperation between the institutions,and give full play to the scientific research potential of medical colleges,its research hotspots and developmental trends could be taken as the reference and thinking of clinical study.
