Clinical Observation on Tangshenkang Drink in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy of Deficiency of Qi and Yin Combined with Blood Stasis Pattern
Objective:To observe clinical effects of Tangshenkang drink in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy of deficiency of Qi and Yin combined with blood stasis.Methods:All 72 patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group adotepd basic therapy,while the treatment group orally took self-made prescription Tangshenkang drink on the foundation of basic therapy,to observe the indexes of blood glucose and renal function,and clinical effects in the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of FPG,2h PG and HbA1c,UAER and mALB were lowered than these before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);clinical effects of the treatment group were better than these of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the foudation of basic therapy,oral administration of Tangshenkang drink could raise therapeutic effects in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy of deficiency of Qi and Yin combined with blood stasis pattern,lower blood glucose,protect renal function and delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
