摘要
基于"痰浊"理论,结合古代医籍与近年文献的相关研究,阐述痰浊与肿瘤、痰浊与抑郁之间的相关性;在肿瘤相关抑郁的病因病机中,痰浊与气郁相互影响,互为因果;临证之时,不可忽视痰浊因素的影响,治疗中应重视除痰解气郁,促进津液流通,健脾养胃,以杜绝痰浊内生.
Abstract
On the foundation of"phlegm-turbidity"theory,combined with the relevant studies in ancient medical books and modern literatures,the article expounds the correlation between phlegm-turbidity and tumor,phlegm-turbidity and depression.In the etiology and pathogenesis of tumor-related depression,phlegm-turbidity and Qi depression interact as both cause and effects.In clinic,we should not neglect the influences of phlegm-turbidity,we should attach importance to removing phlegm and relieving Qi depression,promoting the circulation of body fluid,as well as invigorating spleen and stomach,so as to prevent the generation of phlegm turbidity.
