基于"龙虎回环"理论探讨变应性鼻炎的中医证治

摘要
从变应性鼻炎与肝、肺的相关性,该病的发病机理及用药治疗方面进行探讨,认为肝、肺之间"龙虎回环"型的气机升降与变应性鼻炎在春、秋发作有密切联系,其治疗用药有一定的特点,并基于"龙虎回环"理论探讨变应性鼻炎的临床诊治,为临床治疗该病提供更丰富的理论依据.
Abstract
Through discussing the correlations between allergic rhinitis(AR)and liver,lung,the path-ogenesis and medication of the disease,it is found that there is a close connection between the rise and fall of Qi movement and the onset of AR in the spring and autumn,its therapeutic use has certain characteristics.TCM patterns and the treatment of AR based on the theory of dragon-tiger loop(Qi circulating in a loop)could produce the richer theoretical references for clinical treatment of AR.
