One of the Principles of Health Preservation with Food:Nuts and Dried Fruit
The paper sorted out the records of nuts and dried fruit in ancient books,such as its nature,meridian tropism,the function,the indications and contraindications,nuts and dried fruits are sweet and plain in the nature and property,sweet belongs to spleen,spleen governs the transportation and it's the foundation of the food;based on the meridian entropism and function of nuts and dried fruit,the paper summarized the appropriate consumption,consumption time and the notes of nuts and dried fruits;the paper discussed the principles of health preservation with nuts and dried fruits from the angle of health preservation with food in TCM,which could provide the dietary guideline of nuts and dried fruits in detail for Chinese residents.
