Research Hotspots and Future Prospects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis:CiteSpace-based Visualization Analysis
Objective:To explore research hotspots and the trends of future research on TCM therapy of ulcerative colitis(UC)at home in the recent ten years.Methods:The core database of CNKI was used as the data source to search the literature on TCM therapy of UC in the recent ten years collected in CNKI,and to perform the statistical analysis of the author,cooperating organisations and the keywords in the literature,and CiteSpace software was utilized to map visualization network of the cooperating organisations and keywords.Results:All 1666 papers on TCM therapies of UC in the recent ten years are included,Shen Hong is the author with the largest number of publications,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine are the institutions with the highest number of articles,however,the team cooperation among the research institutions still need to be strengthened.Research hotspots in China are mainly concentrated on diarrhea,inflammatory factors and herbal enema.Conclusion:The studies on TCM therapy of UC in the recent ten years are developing faster,the study on empirical compound prescriptions and its medication rules,the influence of TCM on intestinal flora and inflammatory factors may become the research hotspots in the future.
