Chief Physician Zhang Zhiming's Medication Rules of Treating Tinnitus Based on Data Mining
Objective:To provide the reference for guiding theoretical research and clinical application of drugs by unearthing chief physician Zhang Zhiming's medication rules of treating tinnitus.Methods:The outpatient herbal prescriptions were collected,the methods of data mining including association rule analysis,improved mutual information method and entropy clustering of complex systems were applied to analyze the laws of prescription formulation.Results:All 141 prescriptions of treating tinnitus were screened,high-frequency medicines were obtained involving Gouteng(Uncariae ramulus cum Uncis),fried Baizhu(Atractylodes macroce-phala Koidz.),Fabanxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum),Tianma(Gastrodiae rhizoma),Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),hematite,Chuanniuxi(cyathulae radix)and Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong rhizoma),seven core drugs covering Fabanxia,fried Baizhu,Tianma,Gouteng,Chaihu,Chuanniuxi and Chuanxiong,and 28 core drug combinations were extracted,meanwhile five new prescriptions for tinnitus were derived.Conclusion:Chief physician Zhang Zhiming empha-sizes the treatment of tinnitus from"clear Yang does not rise,wind,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing",confirming the thinking of the diagnosis and treatment of"promoting Qi and blood circulation,lifting clearing Yang".
