CiteSpace-based Visual Analysis of TCM Therapy of Radiation Pneumonitis
Objective:To provide the reference for the furture research by analyzing the survey of the studies on TCM therapies of radiation pneumonitis in the recent 20 years using the visualization analysis,and exploring the new trends of the research.Methods:The literature on TCM therapies of radiation pneumonitis were searched from CNKI between January 1st,2001 and June 1st,2021,introduced into CiteSpace software to conduct the visualization analysis of the authors,institutions and keywords.Results:All 230 papers were included,and the annual total number of published papers showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The author with the largest number of publications was Hou Wei.In terms of teamwork,Feng Ming team and Jia Yingjie team have strong partnerships.There are ten institutions with the directions in studying TCM therapies of radiation pneumo-nitis.Research institutions are independent and scattered,with no obvious collaborative networks in place.There are ten clusters of keywords in the network,excluding the keywords related to the theme words,the top two keywords in frequency are"TCM therapy"and"Chinese medicine",and the top three keywords in betweeness centrality were"radiation pneumonitis""radiation lung injury"and"TCM therapy".Conclusion:In the past 20 years,there has been a small amount of literature on the prevention and treatment of radiation pneumonitis in Chinese medicine,involving relatively few researchers and lacking collaboration between research institutions.Clinical effects of TCM in the treatment of radiation pneumonitis are the focus of the study.
