Analysis of CiteSpace Knowledge Map for TCM Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis
Objective:To analyze the current state of the main research contents,research trends,author and institutional collaboration of TCM treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)in the recent 20 years.Methods:The literature on TCM therapy of AR between 2000 and 2020 was searched from the core journals of CNKI,CiteSpace was utilized to perform co-occurrence analysis of the authors,institutional collaboration,co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis and emergence analysis of the keywords.Results:A total of 529 articles are included,and the average number of the core journals is around 35 per year;557 authors have published in the core journals,respectively forming the collaboration teams with Yan Daonan,Yan Zhanfeng,and Liu Daxin as the core,the institutional cooperation density is 0.0029;keyword co-occurrence presents that the main research contents of TCM therapy of AR contain allergic rhinitis,chronic rhinitis,asthma,Yupingfeng powder,Immunoglobulin E,needling,the experience of famous doctors and randomized control trials and others;keyword clustering yields 17 clusters;emergence analysis harvests 15 keywords,the current research hotspots mainly are allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome,the experience of famous doctors,the mechanism and clinical effects.Conclusion:With an in-depth understanding of Chinese medicine for the treatment of allergic rhinitis,therapeutic methods are gradually enriched and improved,it is also necessary to strengthen information exchange and cooperation among regions so as to produce new ideas and directions in this field.
