CiteSpace-based Knowledge Graph Visualisation Analysis of Acupuncture Treatment for Arrhythmia
Objective:To analyze the research hotspots and trends of acupuncture in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia over the years.Methods:The literature on acupuncture treatment for cardiac arrhythmia was retrieved from CNKI.CiteSpace software was utilized to draw and analyze the knowledge map of the basic information,author,institutions and keywords of the literature.Results:All 568 papers were included,among them,the largest number of articles was issued in 2020,totalling 32 articles;National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)(40 articles)was the most funded in this field;the most prominent authors in the mapping were Zheng Liyan,Chen Ying,Guo Yi,Zhang Yanjun,Li Zhenglian,Wu Dalu and Cao Zhen;12 institutions had published more than three papers;a total of 1127 keywords were included in the keyword knowledge map,the top five keywords in terms of intermediary centrality were arrhythmia,needling,Neiguan(PC6),electroacupuncture and acupuncture.Conclusion:Acupuncture for arrhythmia has formed a complete team in the field,but there is less collaboration between different teams and institutions,cardiac rate variability may be a major research hotspot in the coming years.
