摘要
总结近十年柴胡类方加减治疗胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)的研究现状,阐述柴胡类方的方义、临床运用及现代药理研究,认为柴胡类方具有和解少阳、调畅枢机的功效,在改善GERD患者临床症状、保护食管及胃黏膜、加速胃排空方面有较为明显的优势,可为临床治疗和研究提供参考.
Abstract
By summarizing research status of the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)with modified Chaihu(bupleuri radix)formulas in the recent ten years,and stating the meaning of the formulas,its clinical application and modern pharmacologial studies,Chaihu formulas have the effects of reconciling Shaoyang,and regulating cardinals,and the obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms of GERD patients,protecting the esophageal and gastric mucosa,and accelerating gastric emptying,which could provide the reference for clinical treatment and study.
