萆薢治疗痛风的作用机制研究进展

摘要
通过查阅文献,对萆薢治疗痛风的作用机制进行综述.结果发现萆薢主要通过降尿酸、抗炎止痛、保护肾脏对痛风发挥治疗作用,且毒副作用小,值得深入研究并推广应用.
Abstract
The mechanism of Bixie(Dioscorea hypoglaucae rhizoma)in the treatment of gout was reviewed by consulting the literature.The results displayed that the medicine could treat gout mainly through lowering uric acid,reducing the inflammation and stopping the pain,and protecting the kidney with minor toxic and side effects,and it deserves to be studied in depth and applied more widely.
