肠道微生物诱导胆囊结石形成机制的研究进展

摘要
研究证实肠道微生物通过多种途径参与胆囊结石的发生、发展,湿热证是胆囊结石的中医病机,而肠道微生物与湿热证相互作用,相互影响.文章从肠道微生物及其代谢产物通过调控胆汁酸代谢及中医湿热内蕴引起肠道微生物失衡而诱发胆囊结石等方面阐述肠道微生物引起胆囊结石的发生机制,并指出调整肠道微生物及其代谢产物可能是预防和治疗胆囊结石的新的治疗方向.
Abstract
More and more research has confirmed that gut microorganisms are involved in the occurrence and development of gallbladder stones,interacting with the damp-heat pattern,as damp-heat pattern is the pathogenesis of gallbladder stones in TCM.The mechanism of gallbladder stone formation induced by intestinal microorganisms was elaborated from the aspects that intestinal microorganisms and their metabolites regulate the metabolism of bile acids,and the imbalance of intestinal microorganisms caused by the internal accumulation of damp-heat,thereby inducing gallbladder stones,meanwhile,the regulation of intestinal microorganisms and their metabolites might be the new therapeutic direction for the prevention and treatment of gallbladder calculus.
