脊髓星形细胞瘤术后合并进行性脊柱侧凸康复治疗1例

摘要
目的:观察1例脊髓星形细胞瘤术后合并进行性脊柱侧凸的康复疗效.方法:对1例确诊为脊髓星形细胞瘤术后合并进行性脊柱侧凸的患者,针对运动功能障碍、肌力障碍、感觉障碍及脊柱侧凸等进行综合康复治疗.结果:经过12个月的综合康复训练,患者运动功能、感觉功能、生活自理能力和步行功能均得到有效改善,但Cobb角度由13°增加到41°.结论:早期积极介入综合康复治疗可以促进此类患者肢体运动功能和感觉功能的恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the rehabilitation efficacy of a case of postoperative pilocytic astrocytoma(PA)combined with progressive scoliosis.Methods:In a case of postoperative pilocytic astrocytoma and progres-sive scoliosis,comprehensive rehabilitation treatment was performed for motor dysfunction,muscle strength disorder,sensory disorder and scoliosis.Results:After 12 months of comprehensive rehabilitation,the patient's motor function,sensory function,self-care ability and walking function were effectively improved,but the Cobb angle increased from 13° to 41°.Conclusion:Early and active intervention of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can promote the recovery of limb motor function and sensory function in such patients.
