针刺手法基本功训练与评价方案设计

摘要
依据国家有关针灸操作规范、标准,结合近代和当代多位著名针灸大师有关针刺手法基本功训练的理论和方法,设计了新的可量化的训练方法,将练针分解为进针、手指敏感度、基本行针和补泻手法三个方面分别进行训练,并且根据所采用的方法提出了综合利用摄像、超声、计算机等技术手段的新的评价方案,以此来提高针刺基本功的训练效果,为进行实际针刺操作打下基础.
Abstract
New quantifiable training method is designed in accordance with national norms and standards for the practice of acupuncture,combining the theories and methods of many famous modern and contemporary masters of acupuncture on the training of basic skills of needling,the practice of needling could be broken down into inserting,finger sensitivity,basic needling and the technique of reinforcing and reducing respectively for the training,meanwhile,new evaluation program integrating the use of video,ultrasound,computer and other technical means is raised according to the methods so as to improve the training effects of the fundamental acupuncture,which could lay the foundation for the practical needling operations.
