A Study on the Clinical Application of the Centralised Innovative Management Model of Five-element Music Therapy from Seven O'Clock to Nine O'Clock before Noon and Herbal Cake-separated Moxibustion to Digestive System Diseases
Objective:To discuss the values of clinical application of the centralised innovative management model of five-element music therapy from Seven O'Clock to Nine O'Clock.and herbal cake-separated moxibus-tion to digestive system diseases based on brain-gut axis theory.Methods:A total of 400 patients with digestive system diseases were chosen,and divided into the control group and the study group using random number table method with 200 cases in each group.The control group was given moxibustion on herbal cake,and the study group accepted the centralised innovative management model of five-element music therapy from Seven O'Clock to Nine O'Clock.and herbal cake-separated moxibustion.When the patients were discharged from hospitals,to observe SAS and SDS scores in the two groups,to observe the compliance,satisfaction degrees,nursing effects,the operation time of treatment,scald rate and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:Compared with the admission time,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05),and the decrease of the study group was more apparent(P<0.05);the study group was higher than the control group in satisfaction degree and compliance(P<0.05),better than the control group in nursing effects(P<0.05),and the scald rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the operation time of treatment was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of drug hypersensitivity reactions of the study group was[1.5%(3/200)],lower than[2.5%(5/200)]of the control group,but the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05).Conclusion:The centralised innovative management model of five-element music therapy from Seven O'Clock to Nine O'Clock.and herbal cake-separated moxibustion could soothe the patients,increase their therapeutic compliance and nursing effects,save the operation time of the treatment,decrease scald risk and eliminate the medical staff's job burnout,enhance the trust between the doctor and the patients,as well as lift the patients'satisfaction degrees,ensuring the patients'safety and avoiding medical disputes.
