Analysis of Fruit Quality Difference of'Ruixue'Apple from Different Producing Areas
[Objective]The fruit quality of 13'Ruixue'producing areas in China was analyzed and evaluated to understand the fruit quality characteristics of'Ruixue'in different producing areas,so as to provide a scientific basis for the quality im-provement and cultivation promotion of'Ruixue'new cultivars.[Methods]In 2023,samples were collected from 13 mature or-chards from different production areas,and the main quality traits of fruit,including single fruit weight,diameter,length,sol-uble solids,fruit brightness parameters,red-green parameters,and yellow-blue parameters,were analyzed for differences.[Results]The fruit quality of'Ruixue'from different producing areas had significant differences in fruit weight,transverse di-ameter,longitudinal diameter,soluble solid,fruit brightness parameters,red green parameters and yellow blue parameters,but there was no significant difference in fruit acidity among different producing areas.The comprehensive analysis results showed that the comprehensive quality of'Ruixue'from Fuping and Yan'an of Shaanxi province was good.The main charac-teristics were:single fruit weight,large longitudinal and transverse diameter,high soluble solid content and solid acid ratio,moderate hardness;The comprehensive quality of the fruits in Dongying region of Shandong province was poor,which mainly showed that the single fruit weight,fruit shape index,solid acid ratio was small,hardness was high,and acidity was high.[Conclusion]'Ruixue'is'Qinfu No.1'×'Pink Lady'late for the new ripe yellow apple cultivar,with its excellent quality,is in high demand in the market and has great development potential,which can promote the optimization of China's apple culti-var structure.
