摘要
[目的]探索不同生长调节剂及其浓度对克瑞森葡萄硬枝扦插成苗的影响,以期为克瑞森葡萄苗木扦插繁育提供适宜的生长调节剂种类及其浓度.[方法]以克瑞森葡萄1年生硬枝为试材,采用不同浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)溶液处理进行扦插试验,以清水处理为对照,测定不同处理对克瑞森葡萄插条生根及萌芽生长的影响.[结果]3种不同浓度的植物生长调节剂对克瑞森葡萄插条的萌芽与生根均有显著促进作用.3种生长调节剂处理插条萌芽率都很高,2 000 mg·L-1NAA和2 000 mg·L-1IAA处理过的插条生根率较好,但500 mg·L-1IBA处理的插条单株根数最多,根长较长.[结论]试验中,500mg·L-1IBA处理对克瑞森葡萄硬枝扦插效果最好.
Abstract
[Objective]The effects of different growth regulators and their concentrations were studied in order to select suitable growth regulators and their concentrations for the hardwood cutting propagation of'Crimson Seedless'grape.[Meth-ods]Making one-year old branches of'Crimson Seedling'grape as the materials,the effects of cutting experiments on rooting and germination growth were carried out by using different concentrations of naphthalene acetic acid(NAA),indole acetic acid(IAA)and indole butyric acid(IBA)solution treatment,with water treatment as control.[Results]There were significantly improvements on the rooting rate and the germination rate with solution treatment with NAA,IBB and IBA.The germination rate of cuttings treated with the three growth regulators all were higher.Further,the rooting rates were better with 2 000 mg·L-1 NAA and 2 000 mg·L-1 IAA.But the lengths and the numbers of root were longer and more with 500 mg·L-1 IBA.[Conclusion]In this experiment,the solution treatment with 500 mg·L-1 IBA had the best effect on the root rate and germination rate of hardwood cutting of Crimson Seedling grape.
