Effects of Different Microbial Agents on Seedling Growth and Breeding of Strawberry
[Objective]The effects of different microbial agents on the growth of strawberry plants and the number of seed-ling breeding under open field cultivation conditions were studied.[Methods]The'Benihoppe'strawberry was used as the test material.After colonization,five different microbial agents including Bacillus subtilis,Trichoderma harzianum,Bacillus subti-lis+Trichoderma harzianum,Bacillus subtilis+Gliocladiumroseum,and EM bacteria solution were used for root irrigation treatment.The growth trend of strawberry plants and the number of seedlings in the field were determined.[Results]In gener-al,microbial agents had a certain promoting effect on the rhizome diameter,total leaf area per plant and net photosynthetic rate of strawberry seedlings.The chlorophyll content of the five treatments was higher than that of the control.Bacillus subtilis had the best effect on promoting strawberry seedling breeding.[Conclusion]Microbial agents can promote the growth and develop-ment of strawberry seedlings and seedling breeding.The membership function was used to comprehensively analyze the indica-tors of this experiment.It was concluded that the cumulative application of 9 g Bacillus subtilis per plant had the best effect on the cultivation of strawberry seedlings.
