Analysis of Functional Components of Ruixianghong Apple Fruit from Different Producing Areas
[Objective]To explore the fruit functional components of'Qingzhen No.1/Ruixianghong'combination in differ-ent producing areas of the Loess Plateau,and to provide reference for the promotion of new cutivars and new cultivation modes.[Methods]Taking'Qingzhen No.1/Ruixianghong'apples from different producing areas in the main apple producing areas of the Loess Plateau as the research object,the functional components such as antioxidants and dietary fiber in apple fruits from four places were analyzed.[Result]The fruit of Ruixianghong apple in Qingcheng area of Gansu Province had the best comprehensive performance,which was mainly reflected in the higher contents of anthocyanin,total flavonoids,total fla-vonoids and total phenols,higher antioxidant capacity,and higher contents of cellulose,hemicellulose and protopectin than those in other producing areas.[Conclusion]The contents of antioxidant substances and dietary fiber in'Ruixianghong'fruits from Qingcheng,Gansu Province were better than those from other producing areas,but the lignin content was the lowest a-mong the four places,and the storage resistance was poor.In post-harvest management,the ensuring appropriate storage con-ditions should be paid more attention.
