高炉高比例球团矿冶炼关键工艺技术分析

高炉采用高比例球团矿冶炼,可以显著提高熟料率和入炉品位,降低高炉渣量和燃料消耗,同时还可以大幅度降低炼铁工序CO2排放,是实现高炉炼铁绿色低碳的重要技术途径.研究了高炉采用高比例球团矿、炉料结构发生较大变化的条件下,炉料分布及运动行为的变化及其规律,通过炉料运动过程的离散元仿真模拟计算,分析得出球团矿比例提高时,炉料分布和下降运动的特征.根据球团矿还原过程的反应特性,解析了球团矿还原过程中发生还原膨胀的机理及控制机制.从理论上计算并讨论了球团矿入炉比例提高以后,高炉透气性的变化及其规律.为适应高比例球团矿冶炼工艺条件,设计优化了高炉内型参数,以适应高比例球团矿冶炼的工艺特性.试验测定并研究了不同球团矿入炉比例条件下,炉料综合的软化、熔滴等物性参数的变化及其规律.采用高碱度烧结矿、碱性球团矿、酸性球团矿、块矿四元炉料结构时,综合炉料的高温软熔性能参数得到优化,软熔带区域的阻力损失下降,为高炉冶炼稳定顺行创造了有利条件.结合特大型高炉生产实践,研究开发了适用于高比例球团矿冶炼的关键工艺技术.采用炉料精准分布控制技术、富氧喷煤、提高顶压等综合技术措施,使首钢京唐高炉在球团矿入炉比例达到55%条件下,获得了显著的高效低碳生产运行实绩.
Analysis on key process and technology of blast furnace ironmaking on high charging proportion of pellet ore
The high charging proportion of pellet operating in blast furnace can significantly improve the agglomera-tion proportion and ferrous content grade of burden,reduce the slag volume and fuel consumption,and greatly reduce the CO2 emission of ironmaking process,which is an important technical approach to realize the green and low carbon of blast furnace ironmaking.The change of the burden distribution,movement behavior and the rules under the condition of large change in the high pellet charging proportion are researched and investigated.Through the simulation of the discrete element method,the characteristics of the distribution and descending motion of the burden are analysed and obtained under the condition of the pellet proportion increasing.According to the reaction characteristics of the pellet reduction process,the mechanism and control mechanism of reducing expansion in the pellet reduction process are analyzed.The change and rule of blast furnace permeability after the increase of pellet charging proportion are calculated and discussed theoretically.In order to adapt to the conditions of the high pellet charging proportion operating,the blast furnace internal profile parameters are optimized to adapt to the process char-acteristics of high pellet charging proportion operating.Experimental determination and study the conditions of differ-ent pellet charging proportion,the synthesis of burden softening and melting parameters change and rule.When the burden structure of high alkalinity sintering,alkaline pellet,acidic pellet and lump ore is adopted,the high tempera-ture softening and melting performance parameters of the integrated burden are optimized,and the resistance loss in the cohesive zone is decreased,which creates favorable conditions for the stable and smooth of blast furnace opera-tion.Combined with the production practice of super large blast furnace,the key technologies for high pellet charg-ing proportion operating are developed.The comprehensive technical measures are adopted,such as the burden dis-tribution accurate control technology,oxygen enrichment with pulverized coal injection,and increasing the top pres-sure,the pellet charging proportion of Shougang Jingtang's blast furnaces reaches 55%,the significant high effi-ciency and low-carbon production and operation performance are achieved.
