欧冶炉熔融气化炉具有纯O2鼓风、料柱高度低和料层温度梯度大等特点,在冶炼钒钛矿时具有减少高熔点相Ti(C,N)生成和保持料柱透气透液性的优势.然而,熔融气化炉采用DRI与焦/煤混装的布料方式,使得钒钛炉料的软化、熔化及滴落过程与传统高炉不同,开展DRI与焦/煤的混装对欧冶炉内钒钛炉料软熔行为的影响研究具有重要意义.论文结合气化炉工况条件,采用变压变气氛式铁矿石软熔性能测试装置研究了 DRI与焦/煤混装率对含钒钛DRI软熔温度参数、渣铁滴落率和料层压差的影响,并利用电子探针等表征手段分析了滴落及滞留渣铁的样品属性,获得了混装率对半焦床透气透液性的作用行为.结果表明,混装促进了含钒钛DRI软熔过程的还原和渗碳,增加了 DRI熔化前的抗变形能力,料层软化区间向高温区移动,滴落温度减小,熔滴区间向低温区收缩,从而使得欧冶炉软熔带变薄.随着DRI与焦/煤的混装率从0增大至100%,炉渣滴落率增加近1倍,铁水钒收得率提高,料层透液性明显改善.尽管提高混装率加快了渣中TiO2的还原及TiC的生成,但由于滴落带滞留渣少且流动性好,炉渣的泡沫化程度被削弱,欧冶炉熔融气化炉内矿焦煤混装布料有利于钒钛磁铁矿冶炼.这为欧冶炉冶炼钒钛矿工艺提供了理论基础和技术支撑.
Influence of mixed ratio of DRI and coke/coal on softening and melting behavior of vanadium-titanium burden
OY furnace is a smelting reduction ironmaking technology,with the characteristics of pure O2 blast,low burden height,and large temperature gradient,which is helpful to inhibit the formation of Ti(C,N)phase with high melting point and improve the gas and liquid permeability of the burden when smelting the vanadium-titanium magne-tite.However,the softening,melting and dropping behaviors of vanadium-titanium burden in OY furnace are differ-ent from those in a conventional blast furnace because it employs a charging mode with mixed DRI and coke/coal.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out a study on the influence of the mixed ratio of DRI and coke/coal on the softening and melting behavior of vanadium-titanium burden in the OY furnace.The effects of the mixed ratio of DRI/coke-coal on the burden of softening and melting temperature parameters,dropping ratio,and pressure drop are studied,and the properties of the dropping and residual slag and iron are analyzed by electron probe X-ray microanaly-sis.The results show that the mixed loading of DRI and coke-coal promotes the reduction and carburization of the vanadium-titanium DRI during the softening and melting process,enhances the deformation resistance of DRI before melting,and moves the softening interval to higher temperature zone.At the same time,the dropping temperature of DRI decreases,and the melting zone contracts to a lower temperature zone,thereby thinning the cohesive zone of OY furnace.As the mixed ratio of DRI and coke-coal increases(from 0 to 100%),the dropping ratio of slag is nearly doubled,the vanadium yield of the hot metal is also improved.Although the increase of the mixed ratio accelerates the reduction of TiO2 and the formation of TiC in the slag,it has the effect of weakening the slag foaming phenom-enon due to the decreased residual slag used for foaming in the dropping zone,and the permeability of the burden layer is also improved.It can be seen that the mixed loading of iron ore and coke/coal in the molten gasifier is benefi-cial to the smelting of vanadium-titanium magnetite.The theoretical and technical basis for the smelting of vanadium-titanium ore in OY furnace is provided.
