光谱型红外诱饵剂研究进展

随着红外制导技术的发展,双波段红外制导技术将成为主流,研制与保护目标红外光谱匹配的红外诱饵刻不容缓,国内外针对光谱红外诱饵剂开展了大量研究工作.该文从烟火药、双基推进剂、复合固体推进剂等综述光谱红外诱饵剂的研究进展.镁/聚四氟乙烯/氟橡胶(MTV)诱饵剂总体辐射强度很高,仅以调节配方来改善MTV诱饵剂的光谱辐射比,效果并不显著.改变装药模式,采用大面积低温型MTV诱饵剂可实现较好的光谱辐射比.复合推进剂总体红外辐射强度不如MTV诱饵剂,但其光谱辐射比、运动特征优于MTV诱饵剂,具有良好的应用前景.
With the development of infrared guidance technology,the dual band guidance technology will become the main-stream.It is important to develop infrared decoy that match the infrared spectrum of aircraft.Much research work was carried out at home and abroad for spectral improved infrared decoy.In this paper,the research progress of spectral improved decoy in the fields of pyrotechnic,double-base propellant,and composite solid propellant was introduced.The research on spectral modification of Mg/PT-FE/Viton(MTV)decoy in pyrotechnics is the mainstream direction at present.The overall radiation intensity of MTV decoy is very high,and the effect of improving the spectral radiation ratio of MTV decoy only by formula adjustment is not significant.Changing the loading mode,a better spectral radiation ratio can be achieved by a large area of low-temperature MTV decoys.The overall infrared radiation intensity of the composite propellant is not as good as that of the MTV decoy,but its spectral radiation ratio and motion characteristics are better than those of the MTV decoy,and it has a good application prospect.
